35th Basic Diving Course

Greetings all,

The 35th Basic Diving Course is now open for application. Please find attached in an email sent to you, the AI for the Course. 

You are required to submit the application form in (ANNEX B), parental consent form in (ANNEX A) and your most recent NAPFA certificate to our Sea District Office CSO

by 20th August (Monday) 2012. 

 

You are also required to email the nominal roll details (ANNEX C) to our Sea district CSO also by 20th August (Monday) 2012.

 

Check to see if you have thoroughly completed the form, as incomplete documents will be rejected.

 

Please ensure that you meet all the requirements for the course before applying for it.
