International Sea Cadet Exchange Programme (ISCEP) Inbound will be conducted from 30th May to 8th June 2010.
We will be hosting foreign officers and their cadets at Changi Naval Base and visiting NCC, Naval Bases, Camps and tour Singapore during their stay here with us.
Sea commander, CPT (NCC) Chia Kok Liang will be the OIC for ISCEP Inbound.
The following appointments for cadet officers are open for application:
1. Overall Cadet OIC x 12. Liaison Escort Officers (Buddies to the foreign cadets) x TBC
We would like to see the response of Cadet Officers applying for Liaison Escort Officers as numbers on the foreign delegates' side are not confirmed yet.
