I have already sent out an email to all committee members of the VIPS' & INVITED GUESTS' HOLDING AREA & RECEPTION COMMITTEE dated 23 February 2010 at 11: 04AM.
Absentees from previous meeting, please reply to it by Wednesday, 24/2/2010, 1700hrs, so as to facilitate the prompt submission of nominal roll to the higher management which deadline is also given, on that day itself.
Committee members(absentees from previous meeting) who do not reply will be deemed to have given up their place in the committee.
Committee members who previously applied to be in this committee and did not receive any email, please check with committee secretary ASAP.
