Sir/Mdm,
1. I wanted to share this issue during today's Commandant's conference
but was unable due to the lack of time in preparation for the brief to
Chairman on NCC Affirmation.
2. Me and the men have emptied all the locked cupboards and cleaned up
the bunks thoroughly yesterday.
3. These bunks will be locked by next week.
4. For future courses, camp or events, the Cadet Officer OIC will have to
sign out the key from Log Br to use the bunks.
5. On the last day of the course, camp or event, they are to clean up the
bunks, ensure all cupboards are empty, return all their bedding equipment
and hand over the bunks and key to the Log rep concerned.
6. Any cupboards found locked, i will force open the lock and throw away
the contents without prejudice.
7. Could you kindly convey this procedures to your District Cadet
Officers.
8. Log Br will now be the gate keeper of these concerned bunks.
9. For your kind info and dissemination.
10. Best regards.

This email was forwarded to me from our CSO. Cadet Officers do take note, in future if you are the OIC for any camps or courses and would like to use the Cadet Officer's Bunk, you are to draw out the key from LOG branch. At the end of the course, you are to clean the bunk and empty the lockers to the way it was when you enter. Those of you who have your own 'locker' in the bunk previously, like me, your lockers have been force open and I think all your belongings in there were thrown away. Luckily mine was empty. So in future, you are NOT ALLOW to leave any belongings behind and you are NOT ALLOW to locked any lockers in the bunk. I hope this will not happen in future.
Thanks
Best Wishes,
