Clarification Notice - QGM & ECM

Clarification:

There is two forms of meetings in NCC Sea.

Quarterly General Meeting

Quarterly General Meeting (QGM) is held 4 times annually.

QGM agenda* normally covers:
1. General Announcement
2. Introduction of new members (CLTs/HQ Staff)
3. Quarterly Training Forecast
4. Collection of Feedbacks from CLTs
5. Queries and Clarification
*Subjected to changes

QGM is of less formal because
1. it is more of an interaction session among the CLTs.
2. it is more of an feedback session to find out the common issues faced by CLTs.

QGM involves all CDOs/CLTs in NCC Sea.

Executive Committee Meeting

Executive Committee Meeting (ECM) is held minimum 4 times annually, and is held always before QGM so that EXCO members finalised the agenda and content of QGM.

ECM agenda is by EXCO Chairman and it will be more specific and focus.

ECM is more formal and minutes of meeting will taken and send out to all EXCO members, Commander Sea, TCO (Sea) & DS (Sea).

ECM will be chaired by EXCO Chairman and it is Compulsory for ALL Executive Committee members.

Absence is to made known to Chairman or DY Chairman prior the meeting.

ECM is only for EXCO members.
