Midshipmen Sea Training Deployment is once again open for application.
Simply download the Overseas Training Application from the side bar.
Additional annexes, Medical Declaration and Dental Declaration, are obtainable from me and Mdm Esther. Just drop us an e-mail.

All forms should be completed with parent and principle signature.
Your present unit (the unit you been posted to) Commanding Officer must given recommendation for your application form as well as the signature for approval.

Uncompleted forms will NOT be considered for interviews.

Important point: All interested are to take note that you are required to photocopy the credentials' page of your passport as well as the validity page of your passport.

All applications should reach us by 29th JUNE, 1700H. Late/Incomplete submission will NOT entertained.
