NCC CHALLENGE QUEST 2007 (16th MAR 2007, Friday)

Hi all,

Need manpower for 16th March 2007 NCC Challenge Quest.

Total Manpower needed:

1. 9 X CLT for Crowd Control & Area Cleaning (MPH)

Sub-allocation from Total:

A. 1 X CLT for Video Screening in TheatretteB. 2 X CLT for Games Area
C. 2 X CLT for Rest Area
D. 2 X CLT as guards for storage room (safe-keeping of SEA Cadets & Teachers belongings)
E. 2 X CLT to mend the Lost and Found counter at MPH

1. As we know how NCC works, written in paper does not mean it will happen on actual ground, so keep ears and eyes open for any last minute changes.

2. Remember, DO NOT let other district specialists boss you guys around as they may lack manpower to do certain things. Refer them to 2LT Nicholas / 2LT Huang / 3SG Lawrence / Mdm Esther first before doing anything for them.

3. Should your part be done, TAKE COVER at SEA OFFICE / or make yourself look busy / don't get caught idling around.

4. Bring along a pair of PT attire as there will be MASS RUN. ALL are to participate, no one is to fall out.

5. Attire can be no. 3 or no. 4, depends on how comfortable are you. (Advise to wear no. 4 since there is area cleaning).

6. If certain (above-mentioned) stations are closed due to whatever reasons, I will allocate accordingly on the actual ground (unless otherwise followed point 5).

7. Always remain contactable with one another through HP (including 2LT Nicholas, 2LT Huang, Mdm Esther and 3SG Lawrence) as we may need help somewhere.
