"With effect from 3 JAN 2007, cadets who are using NCC Campus for any activities (trainfire, lessons, courses, camps) will have to recite the campus pledge in front of the flags (NCC Plaza) in front of Admin Branch at least once per day. They are to fall-in in front of the plaza and a cadet specialist / senior specialist or CLT will lead them in the recitation of the pledge."
