Require Manpower for Basic Diving Course

Hi CLTs,

Hello once again. As you guys know the next up and coming event is the basic diving course, and i would definitely need help from you guys.

I know some of you guys would sigh upon reading this mail. But i hope that all of you would adopt a more positive mindset. Remember why you wanted to continue staying in NCC as your CCA, some of you would just say its for the CCA points and some would say you were tricked into it. There are many reasons but the main reason is what you initially had when u joined the CCA and excelled in it.

Let me explain why your help is much needed, as this is a collaboration between the Navy and NCC. I would be representing the Navy and also the NCC, in layman's middle man. All of you as CLTs would be representing NCC. Why not cadets or specialists? I guessed many of you would have the answers; they are not as experienced as you guys. Spiderman would also say "With great power, comes great responsibility"

Okay.. aniway this is the first time i'm running this course, not too sure what LTA Brian did for the previous batch but i'm open for suggestions and feedback.

I hope to receive a greater response from you all. I hope to see more new faces too. I intend to hold a meeting with those who wish to help out in this course. I do not intend to have a limit to the number of helpers. So kindly just indicate your name if you wish to help. The dates that i wish to meet up with you guys are 13 Oct 06, 16 Oct 06 or 20 Oct 06. Just pick a date that all of you are comfortable with then we will meet up and discuss further.

These are the days during the BDC that would require some man power

02 Nov 06, Swim test 0830 - 1230 No. of CLTS: 6

09 Nov 06, Medical Checkup 0800 - 1230 No. of CLTS: 2

10 Nov 06 15 DEC 06 PASSING OUT CEREMONY 1000 - 1800
NO. of CLTS: 2X EMCEEs 8 - 10 USHERS (WOULD BE GOOD IF YOU CAN GET YOUR SCHOOLS' SPECS) Tentatively that would be all for now :) will keep you all updated..
